Pushing Boundaries, Capturing Change
A team of outdoor enthusiasts and problem-solvers dedicated to making environmental monitoring smarter and more accessible, by providing timelapse solutions for extreme environments.
At Envirolapse, we are a team of passionate adventurers, technologists, and problem-solvers dedicated to bridging the gap between nature and innovation.
Our mission is to provide real-time environmental insights through cutting-edge monitoring technology, helping industries, researchers, and communities make informed decisions in even the most extreme environments.
From the icy landscapes of Antarctica to the rugged peaks of the Alps, we deploy advanced remote cameras, weather stations, and data solutions to capture the world’s ever-changing conditions. Whether it’s tracking avalanche activity, monitoring glacier retreat, or providing aviation operators with real-time weather insights, our work is driven by a shared love for the outdoors and a relentless pursuit of technological advancement.
At our core, we believe that data has the power to drive change. By delivering real-world, real-time insights, we help businesses and researchers operate smarter, safer, and more sustainably in some of the most challenging locations on Earth.
Our company was founded with a passion for showcasing the wonders of the natural world. Since our inception, we have achieved numerous milestones in the field of environmental time-lapse videography. Our vision for the future is to continue pushing the boundaries of creativity and technology to capture breathtaking moments in nature.

From LEGO, to landscapes
Lee’s love for technology and the outdoors started early—thanks to a childhood filled with LEGO builds and a Polaroid camera that captured more blurry dog photos than masterpieces. While his photography skills have (mostly) improved, his curiosity for problem-solving never faded. Instead of just playing with bricks, he now pieces together real-world solutions for monitoring some of the most extreme environments on Earth.
An avid trail runner and outdoor enthusiast, Lee has spent plenty of time in the outdoors, where he quickly realised that weather, terrain, and wildlife don’t always play nice. Rather than waiting around for better data, he decided to build the solution himself—combining rugged tech with a love for exploration to help researchers, businesses, and governments make smarter decisions in the wild.
These days, when he’s not troubleshooting a camera in the middle of nowhere, he’s likely out running trails, trying (and sometimes failing) to keep up with nature.
